Always get them on the phone instead of texting, tawk to etc…

Don’t just take orders.  Get them scheduled!!

“Let’s get you scheduled since we are filling up fast with all the snowbirds coming back now and the holidays.  Then if you decide you can’t do it for some reason you can always cancel.  Just give me 48 hours notice.”
