We have received your request about a reclean. Your service was done on April 13 and we always allowed clients to communicate the need for recleans within the 24 hours after the cleaning is done. This information is posted in our Terms & Conditions. I am sorry that we are unable to do a reclean but I will be able to provide you with a $50 discount on your next cleaning.

We are very sorry that our team couldn’t make it in the one hour window we always give. This happens very randomly and every once in a while and even though we always try our best there are unexpected things like traffic or coming up from an earlier cleaning project that took more than expected.

We apologize again for this inconvenience and as a courtesy we can include a free oven or fridge in your cleaning. Let me know which one I should add.

It is very unfortunate to hear that you found your toilet seat completely broken from the toilet after the service was performed. 

I just want to remind you that we have insurance. I am going to file a claim with the insurance company. In order to do that, I need you to send us pictures of the broken seat.

If you want, I can file multiple claims. I just need the pictures of all the damages and the specific dates on which they occurred. 

They will examine your case and it is up to them to determine coverage validation.
