Phone and Calls Protocols

All income calls should be answer from:

– 8 am – 5 pm    Monday to Friday

– 8 am – 12 pm  Saturday

If a call is not answered by Sales, Scheduling, HR department should answer after the 3rd ring.

 

MISSED CALLS & VOICEMAILS

  1. Call back within 20 minutes
  2. All missed calls and voicemails that happened after hours should be returned first thing in the morning (8 am – 8:30 am)

All inbound and outboun calls go through 202.618.0562 (clients/leads related)

All inbound and outbound calls go through 202 410 6582 (office and cleaning technicians)
