Schedule a New or Returning Customer
Check SA to ensure they are not added in already
- Make sure to check Former Clients & Leads
- If they don’t have a record, add them using SA Form
After adding them into SA using the form (if used):
- Find them (Search their name)
- Click on Edit (next to their name) and ensure everything is there
- Personal info
- Sales: ALWAYS Edit Salesperson & Source even if you are only sending an ESTIMATE.
- Custom fields

Convert them to customer
Schedule service
1. Add a one time job:
- Click on Add a job
1.Add a One Time Job
2. Make sure to choose One Time or First Time
3. Make sure to choose Team or Solo
4. Choose Date for service
5. Make sure to discount using the % if applicable
6. Save
2. Add Deluxe 2
- Click on Add a job
1.Add a new Recurring Job
2. Click on Schedule, then –Create Custom Schedule–
3. Change “When” to be double of what they are scheduling. Example: For every two week cycle you will put a 4
4. Start the date for that cycle. Example: If they are scheduling every two weeks set it for two weeks after the initial clean.
5. X out of the box. It saves automatically
6. Choose DELUXE 2 service
7. Add any notes if applicable
8. Save
3. Add Deluxe 1
- Click on Add a job
1.Add a new Recurring Job
2. Click on Schedule, then –Create Custom Schedule–

- One time or recurring?
- Entry Access?
- Pets?
- How often if recurring?
- What day to start their cleaning?
- What day for ongoing services?
- CC info – Make sure you get billing address for cc
